Alongside the Vero 16, Acer also debuted two new Swift laptops at IFA 2026. The Swift Blade 14 is a lightweight 14-inch laptop that weighs just 1.76 pounds and is only half an inch thick. It can be equipped with a 2.8K OLED panel and up to an Intel Core 7 350 Wildcat Lake processor, making it a powerful yet portable option.
Unlike many of Acer’s budget models, which often feature plastic constructions, the Swift Blade 14 is built from a magnesium-aluminum alloy and carbon fiber, enhancing its durability and appeal in the premium segment of the market.
Swift Air 16 Specifications
The Swift Air 16, while not entirely new, marks an update to Acer’s sleek laptop lineup. Compared to the rest of the Swift series, it is slightly heavier at 3.3 pounds, likely due to its all-aluminum construction. This model offers up to a 2.8K display, with OLED and IPS options available, including touchscreen capabilities on certain models.
Equipped with an Intel Core 7 350 processor, 16GB of LPDDR5x memory, and 512GB of storage, the Swift Air 16 aims to balance performance and portability.
